The Band Leadership Team (BLT) is designed to create opportunities for student leadership that help build a stronger and more student centered band program. Each year students manage various aspects of the band program, thus placing ownership for the program’s success in the hands of those that will benefit most from their efforts. The Band Leadership Team leads by example and exemplifies the positive attitude, strong work ethic, and spirit of the Mt. Hebron Band Program and Marching Unit.

STEP #2 - Join us for our leadership sessions that will challenge you to think critically, step outside your comfort zone, and engage you in a meaningful dialog about leadership.

- Create a single .pdf document titled, "BLT Application: your name"
