Fundraising... Ways and Means as in Ways & Means of raising funds to support the Band Program.
The Ways and Means Committee oversees fundraising for the MtHMU Boosters, Inc.. The Boosters’ annual budget is more than $50,000 (about $275 per band student). It is a common misconception that our band program is primarily funded by the school system, but in reality we receive less than 5% of our budget from the school! For our student musicians to have a successful music program, the Boosters facilitate a variety of fun and profitable fundraisers.
