BAND CAMP 2024
Band camp is held at Mt. Hebron HS and is a mixture of rehearsals and “get to know you” activities.
This is a great time for students to make friends before school begins.
This time also allows us to learn the bulk of our music and drill before students have other school responsibilities.

**Attendance at Band Camp is expected!!
Please reference the Events Calendar (MtHMU) for all dates and times.

PASS IN REVIEW
The end of Band Camp is marked with our annual Pass in Review performance.
This is an opportunity for the students to show off their hard work and to gather as a music community to celebrate the beginning of a new school year.

*More information will be distributed during band camp.

BAND CAMP REGISTRATION

Registration will begin one hour before the start of rehearsal.  We ask that ALL students go through registration before 2:50pm.
This ensures that you have checked in and we’ve collected all necessary forms and payments from you.
There will also be an opportunity to update your contact information and volunteer as a part of our Band/MU community.

Below is a list of completed/signed forms that you need to bring with you to Registration:
MtHMU Membership Agreement
Fees & Accessories Form
Health Information Form

FORMS

MtHMU HANDBOOK
We have found that students learn better when they know what is expected of them and parents feel empowered to get involved when they understand the values that are being taught through the band program.
For this reason, we have a comprehensive
Marching Unit Handbook that outlines all guidelines, procedures, policies and expectations.
MtHMU MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Once you have reviewed the MtHMU Handbook, we ask all students and parents to review, sign and return the MtHMU Membership Agreement on the first day of band camp.

FEES & ACCESSORIES FORM
These forms outline the fees and uniform accessories/requirements for the program.  We ask all students and parents to complete, sign and return these forms on the first day of band camp.
Fees & Accessories Form (Band)
Fees & Accessories Form (Guard)
Fees and accessories can be paid by check
or online through our Online Store.
HEALTH INFORMATION FORM
Since we hold rehearsals and performances outside of the school day, we need to take certain precautions in case of a medical emergency.  We ask all students and parents to complete, sign and return the Health information Form on the first day of band camp.
